The B&B Napoli Time Toledo House Rules have been established to ensure that all guests enjoy an orderly, peaceful, and pleasant stay.
These House Rules constitute a contractual agreement between B&B Napoli Time Toledo and the Guest. Therefore, by requesting and accepting a reservation, the Guest fully agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Each guest agrees to comply with these rules, as well as with all regulations established to ensure the safety of the property and public order.
Identification Documents
Valid identification documents are required for all guests, including adults and children, at check-in.
Temporary visitors are permitted only with prior authorization from the Management. They must present a valid ID for registration and may not remain on the premises after 11:00 p.m.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO ALLOW ANY PERSON WHO HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED BY THE AUTHORIZED STAFF TO STAY OVERNIGHT IN THE ROOM.
Guests who have booked through travel agencies, tour operators, online booking platforms, or directly through the property's website (www.bbnapolitimetoledo.it) must present their booking confirmation or voucher.
Room allocation is entirely at the discretion of the Management.
Check-in
2.00 PM CHECK OUT 10.00 AM - AFTER 2.00 PM YOU CAN DO A FREE SELF CHECK-IN OR CHECK IN IN PERSON WITH AN EXTRA PAYMENT OF 30 EUROS
Check-out
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. Late check out: for a fee, to be agreed upon at least the day before departure.
Room keys must be returned to Reception, where staff will verify the items provided during your stay. To avoid misunderstandings, guests are kindly requested to report any accidental damage before departure.
Late Check-out
Late check-out must be requested at Reception on the day of departure. Additional charges may apply depending on the extra time requested.
Restrictions
- Minors are accepted only when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- Weapons, illegal drugs, and excessive quantities of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Guests may request either one double bed or two single beds, subject to availability.
- Guests who, through improper use, negligence, or carelessness, cause damage to the property, its furnishings, equipment, or any items provided for their use, will be charged for the necessary repairs, replacements, and cleaning.
- Any confirmed theft will be prosecuted in accordance with applicable law.
- Any charges resulting from guest non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions may be applied directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- Management accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from force majeure events, nor for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings or valuables. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property or may request the use of the safe available through Reception.
Common Areas and Services
B&B Napoli Time Toledo offers a variety of services designed for guests' comfort.
Guests are kindly requested to use all facilities, equipment, and common areas with care. Any misuse, negligent damage, or excessive soiling may result in additional charges.
The cost of replacing any damaged or missing items discovered after departure will be charged to the guest.
All guests are expected to behave respectfully and avoid disturbing other guests. Any activity that may compromise the safety, security, or peace of the property is strictly prohibited.
Room keys must be returned upon departure.
Failure to return the room keys, or returning them damaged, will result in a €100.00 replacement fee.
